Andrew Brown - Founder and Chief Executive Office
In July 1991, Andrew Brown formed A.J. Brown, Inc. with the goal of providing customers with a broad spectrum of construction expertise and services. His experience in working with an owner from conception through completion on a significant number of design/build projects has enabled him to provide cost-efficient, build-to-suit and tenant-finish projects, delivered within budget and on schedule. Andrew began his career working for a St. Louis-based development and construction company, where he enhanced his qualifications through increasing his responsibilities as he progressed from field engineer/project manager to vice president. As Chief Executive Officer of A.J. Brown, Inc., Andrew continues to plan for the future success of the company by remaining with the core value he originally built the company on, quality service at an affordable price.

Dan Steuber - Executive Vice President
Dan uses his more than 16 years of experience in the construction industry to assist A.J. Brown, Inc. with its field and administrative operations.

Over the years Dan has developed an expertise in project and construction management, pre- construction development, project planning and scheduling, and job site inspections and field coordination.

John Lingelbach - Vice President of Pre-Construction Services
You can rest assured you are in capable hands with John on your project. With over forty-two years of experience in the construction industry, he has the know-how to skillfully manage the entire job.

John excels at accurate estimating, developing a contract, budgeting and cost monitoring to insure your project is done to your satisfaction. John has built ongoing relationships with subcontractors and suppliers so that when they reach your job site, they are as committed to successfully completing your project as we are.

Prior to joining A.J. Brown, Inc. John was Executive Vice President of Commercial Construction for a local firm, specializing in Construction Management. He has over 60 million dollars of school construction under his belt utilizing this concept.
