Work Performed: This was the first of three planned office buildings for Eastport Plaza in Collinsville, IL. The 34,000 SF two-story tilt up office building with decorative brick and stone inlay was completed in five months. In addition to being the General Contractor, A. J. Brown self performed all concrete and tilt up work.

Work Performed: A. J. Brown led master planning and building on a site that contained two existing buildings. One of the buildings was demolished while the other was renovated to include additional square footage. This mixed-use space includes office, restaurant and retail space. The project included extensive site work to maximize parking.

Work Performed: Design/Build delivery system included all aspects of planning, programming, design, cost estimating and construction for new bank location. Project included multiple teller area, reception/lobby, retail banking, executive offices, administration offices, walk-in concrete safe and general open office areas.

Work Performed: 6,500 SF lobby renovation consisted of updating the space for the building and its tenants and featured exotic marble installations with book-matched wood panel accents. The renovation included maintaining egress and safety though the construction area, elevator shut downs and access restrictions. Positive comments from the tenants were common throughout the five-month construction process.
