Work Performed: Renovation of the existing buffet into the Paula Dean Buffet, based on the popular southern cooking television star. We visited Paula’s home, where her TV show is produced, in order to replicate the finishes in her house. Construction included six serving stations each based on the theme from one of her family’s multiple restaurants. This three-month project was successfully delivered within a very tight construction schedule.

Work Performed: Interior renovation of the Grand Casino converting the gaming area from a 1980’s theme to a modern theme with color kinetic lights that dance when a jack pot is won. This included a new High Limit, Poker Room, Center Bar and three new entrances along with restroom renovation. This seven-month schedule was performed in 14 two-week phases.

Work Performed: Renovation of 17,000 SF of existing eighth floor hotel space, including guest rooms and corridor. Total project schedule was three months and construction was phased to allow for hotel operations to continue during renovation.

Work Performed: Complete renovation of the existing 26,000 SF banquet into a new buffet, with cooler, freezer, dishwashing, kitchen and assorted cooking stations. Access, schedule, phasing and unique materials made delivering this job in nine months a challenge, but A. J. Brown delivered.
