The property being located in a known flood plain added some complexities, but the existing manufacturing facility ran at 100% during the six-month project.

Work Performed: The building consists of a 403,000 SF distribution center. Tilt-up construction was utilized for the perimeter of the building, which included 112 dock high doors and four drive-in doors. The project took just under five months to build.
